I’ve been on Deviantart for a few years but only after one of my works became very popular among the Photoshop community have I been receiving feedback on my photography as well. I can say I do like people’s appreciation of my work but it’s also getting tiring to see this:

every time I login. I can’t go through that many notices once a week. :( I only really care about the comments on my photography and easily 1000 of those ~1400 messages is about my photoshop addons. I’m just getting tired of looking though all the “awesome brushes, dude” to see what people think of my photographic work.

All this whining is just to point out that deviantart should develop a view for their site that allows you to filter feedback based on the art category. It would just make reading through all of it more relevant and less of a time waste.
